Hello Group:
I had my focussed cryo June 2007 after some 10 months of watchful waiting and education.
My PSA taken 9/4/2008 was .22. I did have a PSA bounce about 6 months ago to .41.
My aftereffects have been very minimal and I have nothing that did not exist prior to the procedure. I am able to go thru the night without getting up to urinate. I am able to get a soft erection which is not enough for vaginal penetration but I had that problem prior to the procedure. I am able to ********* and oral sex is enjoyable.
I am still taking 4 herbals---81 mg aspirin--fish oil tablets--and multi-vitamins. I still try to avoid dairy products and minimize sugar intake. Fruits and salads are parts of my diet. I weigh about 160 lbs for my 5' 8 1/2 inches. I attend bone builders 2x a week and try to walk at least 2x a week.
My 77 year old body is doing well.
Peace and better health to you all!!!
