The trimix gel is an off shoot of Muse (alprostadil).  The Muse is available, but because it causes pain problems in many guys the trimix was developed.  I have not seen it packaged , but the contents are the same as the trimix injections. I am guessing that it does not require FDA approval as the contents are already approved.

Congrats on acing your PSA test, Dirtmover.  The trimix gel is not FDA approved yet, but all the ingredients are.  Your physician can order it from a compounding pharmacy with an Rx.  I've used it as a successful alternative to injections.

Here's a link to the website for further information:  www.trimixgel.com

Hey Dirt,

Yeah, we love those zeros!!! I use trimix injections very successfully with the routine in my signature. No strain, no pain. Gel sounds like it might be easier and would avoid "needle anxiety". Good luck,

Jim

Great news on the zero results. Welcome to the club. The difference between trimix injections and trimix gel is the first is inserted into the cavernous cavities of the penis, the second is absorbed thru the body from inside the urethea. You'll probably find a big difference in time and response between the 2. Trimix gel has been around for several years, but no one was compounding it during that time, until recently when a company started doing it.
