wall got up this morning feeling pretty  good after I found this  site , I took off this morning for a walk around the park lol  what a mistake this was .
I grabed the  dog and off we went  in to the  fog , was a nice walk this Morning other then a slight leak with every step shakehead , try as I may  it would not  stop so now we are to far to turn back so we must go on , by the time we got home I was a mess  to to  say . I do not know if I am trying to hard or not  I have no one to ask about this but you fine people here , so I just take one day at a time and head the great advice I have found .

I found that kegel exercise and walking helped keep me dry. It takes time to strengthen the muscles that control / hold urine. Keep at it. I'm confident you'll see improvement.

don't rush it. At your age recovery should be easier than for most. But c'mon guy you just removed the catheter two days ago. Let yourself heal.

Hey Cowboy.  My RP made me a better golfer.  Had mine on Sept. 7 and on Oct. 20 I played golf.  Every time I tried to kill the ball, I wet my pants, just like the doc said.  If I swung easy, no drips.  I usually shoot in the low 100's.  I shot a 93. I actually was doing much better having a score of 72 after 15 holes, well on my way to a low 80's,  but fatigue set in and I took 21 strokes for the last 3 holes.  Always a silver lining.
