Can someone explain to me about "stimulation exercises"?  My Dr. (PA) has not ever mention this to me and I was wondering about how it is done.

RLF, if you asking in relation to ED, then stimulation exercises can be anything from using a pump to get erections, to using ED drugs such as Viagra, or using injections to induce an erection, to be able to stimulate the penis to regrow nerves, fill penile tissue with fresh blood, counter atrophy of the penis, allow for sexual relations if erect enough, and to achieve orgasm.  However, the most common interpretation of 'stimulation exercies' is the use of all of the above to allow for sexual stimulation, either solo (m*asterbation- manually or with vibrators, sex toys, etc.), or with a partner (foreplay, sex games, oral, or manual stimulation).  Its the 'use it or lose it' concept, and self and shared sexual stimulation is a large part of the equation.  We have had a few men here who wouldn't consider m*sterbation, either for religious or cultural reasons, but were able to be convinced it was medical therpy, so the more the better.  Probably the first time in your life when you are encouraged to do it.... wink tongue
