A biopsy can really beat up your nether regions, and it takes a few weeks to recover fully. Everybody is different -- many ejaculate blood, so consider the clear fluid a bonus. I expect after a month (from biopsy) you should be back to near normal.

If you have had your prostate out, then the clear fluid will be urine -- it's quite common to leak a little at orgasm.

Dear Patrick:

I can't speak to the clear liquid issue - but I suggest you call your doc.  I was told, and it was true, that I would experience bloody and perhaps slightly painful ejaculations for several weeks.  It got better each "time" and within a month all was well.

By the way, if I understood your post correctly, the pain you experience was during the biopsy.  There is really no reason to have a painful biopsy these days.  My urologist did my biopsy under anesthesia.  Other than a little post-procedure discomfort and the aforementioned ejaculate, it was no big deal and certainly there was no pain.
