You can look into this drug if you wish, Zometa is used for later stage PCa usually for bone density issues and is effective,  Zometa it is said it is like 1000 times more potent compared to Fosamax (some number like that). This new drug is called Toremifene 80 mg use, is the plan for patients whom may need such. Mfg. is  GTx  (Tennessee based company).

Advanced and mets PCa patients can have effects of bone density issues, these types of drugs are used to boost back the density and give patient perhaps better quality of life. I don't know alot about these but things are evolving in the PCa world. There is arguement about Zometa for possible jaw necrosis or such (possible bone issues with jaw bone as maybe a side effect), I don't think it is resolved yet. Don't know if this drug will have the same possible issues, it might.

Maybe google it  TOREMIFENE  or the Mfg.  GTx
