Yes, my saturated fat and read meat intake has gone down drastically. I ate alot more fish. I exercise much more, up to 3 miles a day on the treadmill and lifting weights as well. One benfeit for my overall health after I was diagnosed with PCa everything I intake I think about
and I exercise much more. Which I take as one of the many postives from having this dreaded disease, which keeps me going stronger to fight!
