I've read a few books recently. I don't know if I can mention them here, but I will. IMO they provided a lot of good info.
1) Prostate, Prostate, Prostate by Dr. Chin and Harold Usher PE (2008)...done
2) Anti-Cancer, by David Servan-Schreiber...half way through, 2nd time (making dinner)
3) The Canadian Guide to Prostate Cancer...(2008)...done
4) Saving Your Sex Life, John Mulhall, Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, 2008 (almost done)
All these books have their slant on PCa. I liked 1) for the 1st hand patient experience. Number 2), well that one's been flogged here and I like it's slant on nutrition. 3) is practical and 4) puts things out that all of us have thought about...me, especially.
Hope this provides some more resources.
