They were manufacturing Viagra and Cialis, and others, in Belize, and selling it on the internet to the US...It wasn't Alldaychemist, but could it have been??

"the defendants admitted to operating a manufacturing facility in Belize that made generic versions of such pharmaceuticals as Xanax, Valium, Ambien, Vioxx, Zoloft, Viagra and Cialis and selling them over the Internet without requiring prescriptions."

The article doesn't say they were not legitimate drugs it just says they were offering without prescription. And yes this is what ADC does but sometimes desperate people are forced to take desperate measures.

The drugs are letitimate copies. The manufacture and sell of any drug protected by patent law, is also part of the issue. But don't get me wrong, I am on the side of all of us here, many of whom cannot afford these drugs here in the US.

But the judgement I find interesting. And could some overzealous prosacuter press charges on us for ordering it. Or even possibly possessing these drugs without a prescription?

I hate the thought.

I don't know how you fellas approach it in the U.S but I ensured that I had a prescription for the original drug. A person entering Australia is permitted to bring a 3 month supply of their prescription drugs with them. This applies to visitors and returning citizens. Should customs query me bringing them in via mail (which they so far have not done), I will argue that I have a legitimate prescription and it really is a 3 month supply and there are so many because that I am a randy old devil. On a serious note, the major suppliers to Alldaychemist .......Ranbaxy, Cipla and Ajanta (?Sp).... are drug manufacturers that have been approved by your FDA and the corresponding Australian equivalent.
