I think my penis is alittle confused!! I have been working on the ED issues as a resullt or my surgery. I started taking Cialis a week ago. Anyway, when I am stimulated I have very little erection, after orgasm I have about 3/4 of my erection back. Anyone else in the club dealing with this or has an explanation. Thanks.

Hey Down not out, I experienced the same thing just last week. I purposely went without any ED drugs for a week just to see what would happen naturally. With the ED drugs I'm at about 90%. Anyhow, the little guy was about 40 -50% and after orgasm it went up to about 80%. I was stumped. I figured that was part of the healing process and I was getting a preview of coming events. Take it as a good sign.

I experience the same thing whether without ED pills or Trimix injections. I'm pretty sure it's related to the vascular valves at the base of your penis. And as they are healing, they become stronger and can retain the blood better.

Bottom line, it's a good thing
