Hi Guys, does anybody know !
How much importance is placed on Tumor Volume after surgery, ie relationship between tumor volume and prostate volume.  I would assume the smaller the tumor or tumor's the better !
Does this play a part in reoccurance rates ? or is it more whether or not it is contained or not ?
I have been told that tumor size is as important as gleason score, for reoccurance !

If the tumor is 100% contained to the prostrate - it's size shouldn't matter.
