Good Morning, and the beginning of a new day.  Got the results back from the X-ray and bone scan, and the news is good.  So far there is no sign of any "C" and the lungs are clear, but still confused concerning the side pain.  Bone Density scan next on the schedule due to Compressed disc's.  Another reason for this scan is the discussion concerning the incensement of discomfort from the Bone scan, Dr. will look into this and find out why this happened.  I wish to thank all of you for the support I received last week while nervously waiting for these results.  I understand that this is the best outcome that I could get, but I also understand that I will also continue to review this chat room to keep in contact and ask advise from time to time.  I know that I just missed a bullet and maybe I should change something’s in my life to be here a little bit longer.

Never told you what I do for a living, by day I'm a mild mannered software tester and by night I am a Karaoke Host here in Halifax.  I have been known over the past 6 years to perform for different charities and try to raise money for different causes.  Mostly the causes have been for children, but this year I have been asked to perform a 24hr show for Cancer Research, and of course I jumped at the chance.  I have lost a lot of dear friends and relatives to this horrible thing and anything that I can do I will.  Now that I have also had my own scare I somewhat understand the terror of not knowing and then the determination to survive, I commend each and everyone of you for your strength of conviction and I hope that everyone around you knows how strong you are.  Thank you again and I will keep you notified to how much we raise in Sept.

Grateful in Halifax

that is truly wonderful news, you really, really don't want to have to deal with PC. I hope it stays that way with you forever.
