I'm 6 months post op, .04 PSA at 4 months, doing great in the continence dept, and getting better in the boink dept, but I'm experiencing an odd new occurrence. Just before I'm ready to, eh hem... climax, and as I'm eh hem climaxing, I get these wicked pains in my puby, scrudum, shaft, area. They come at the very moment the big O begins and subside as it ends. Otherwise, there's no pains throughout the day no matter what. It big-O related i think but I have no idea why, or why now?

Has anyone experienced this? Any insight?

Thanks, all.

Greetings, Dan.  I remember those days.  I think it has something to do with the healing process down there and the new ways everything is being used.  As they say, this too shall pass.  My pains when experiencing a climax didn't last but a few weeks and then all of a sudden, they are gone.  Glad you are doing well and getting good reports. Yes this is normal. I used to get pretty bad pains in the base of my penis after orgasm. It lasted quite a while. A little over a year post op, it is back to normal. So don't worry, be happy, and have fun, LOL
