I am new at this but you don't seem close to the URO appointment.  PSA goes up as we get older becasue the prostate grows.

The cancer was detected recently in its early stages, he said. His doctors had monitored his health for about 2½ years after a routine test came came back with unusual results. The test was a Prostate-Specific Antigen (PSA) test to measure antigen, substances that stimulate an immune response in the body.

He also had biopsies to test for cancer. The fourth and most recent biopsy found a "very, very small isolated pocket of cancer," Howard said.

good guy...has had a long-standing financial talk show that is syndicated across country on radio...recently started weekly TV show on CNN.  Kind of a nerdy guy, but that is part of his appeal.  Gives a lot of real-world, helpful financial advise.  Not heavy into picking stocks, more just ways for your family to save money.

Dx T1c in April, 2009 at 45 years old after recent PSA tests ranged from 2.93-3.25
2 of 14 cores positive at 5% and Gleason 3+3... 2 cores taken from a "protuberance" were "ASAP"
