Daniel Chan, PHD. AT Hopkins, noted as a world wide expert, relates this as 0 or undectectable. Anyone agree or disagree based on other sources?
Continence/ Still with leakage, 1 pad per day after 3 months, frustrating, but i can live with it considering the alternative. I read in some cases it could take years to regain continence. I am doing kegel. Any tips out there?
Good luck to all in the fight.

Thats an undetectable. Congrats....anything under <.1 is undetectable. You are officially a member of the Zero club...Dale will be along shortly to collect your dues...jk

Congrats and may you have many many more...

Incontinence just takes time...healing time. Just keep doing what you are doing with the Kegels and any other exercise you maybe doing. Most folks will tell you it will take 8 months or longer. I am out 8 months and still use a pad, although it is more for security reasons at work now. During the weekends at home I don't use anything. Still a little chicken about being at work without my safety net...but I think in a few more months I will be past that chicken little stage.

Yup -- that is a zero alright. Great news!
I had surgery about a week after you and am pretty much on the same incontinence track. I'm still improving, now when I workout there are fewer squirts and more for controlled release at the end.
Age at diagnosis 66, PSA 5.5
Biopsy 12/08 12 cores, 8 positive
Gleason 3 + 4 = 7
CAT scan 1/09 negative, Bone scan 1/09 negative

Robotic surgery 03/03/09 Catheter Removed 03/08/09
Post surgical pathology report. Lymph nodes negative, Seminal vesicles negative
Surgical margins positive, Capsular penetration extensive Gleason 4 + 3 = 7
At 6 weeks: 1 pad/day, 1 pad/night -- mostly dry at night.
