Sound s like you have a diper rash. What works best for us cajuns here in Louisiana is Boudreaux's Butt Paste. (No joke the best thing to clear things up. If you can't fine any let me know. I found it on Google. Here is a link www.buttpaste.com

It could also be a yeast infection. Men do get them. Yeast loves warm, dark areas. If you are really itchy, that could be it. A simple experiment will find out-- get clean and dry and apply an antifungal topical ointment like Lotrimin, Monistat, Lamisil, etc. If it works, keep applying for a few days after symptoms disappear to make sure it's really gone.

Hey Buckeye,

I know what you are saying. I couldn't tolerate it. I went to the med supply place and bought a Zimmerman clamp for daytime use. Once you get it adjusted right. it will stop deribbling, but will allow leakage if you cough, sneeze, exert etc.

Before putting it on, I would coat Willie in baby powder, then wrap a piece of gauze around him, yhen the clamp.

This allowed me to make it on 1 pad a day, and the pad was fairly dry. I exercised my kegals as much as possible. After 8 weeks, I then have enough control to go without the clamp, and use 2 to 3 pads a day.

The clamp dramatically changed my mental state. I just couldn't stand being wet and squishy, not to mention the irritation.

By the way, Go Bucks !

Had the exact same thing...I think the stuff I found was called Calesta (sp?)... kind of a white, tarry cream.  Nothing else worked, but that stuff did the trick.  Got it at local drug store.  Hope you get better---that's really uncomforrtable.
