Welcome back all,

Have you been going through the withdrawls that I have? My wife said that I have been mopping around like a little boy who just lost his puppy.

So surely but slowly everyone will return and we can continue the lively discussions.

I for one have missed them.

Perhaps the system should be on foley catheter for a month, that would teach it to get pissy with us

It is well known that computers are inventions of the devil and are designed to lead people into the sin of blasphemy. It is probably the case that Hades was falling a bit short on their fall recruiting drive and shut down the system to promote more business.
Age at diagnosis 66, PSA 5.5
Biopsy 12/08 12 cores, 8 positive
Gleason 3+4=7
CAT scan, Bone scan 1/09 both negative.

6 weeks: 1 pad/day, 1 pad/night -- mostly dry at night.
10 weeks: no pad at night -- slight leakage day/1 pad.
3 mo. PSA 0.0 - now light pads

Geezer, you wouldn't by any chance be watching football and drinking some beer today would you ?

On the other hand, I might have mumbled a few things during the outage that may have helped the recruiting drive !

Sonny, most of the severe soreness from the insertion of the new type cath has lessened. Made it till 3 pm today until I needed some pain med. Wife changed the dressing around it, she said it looked clean. Much less blood in the bags, but still a noticable pink tinge. I went out and filmed some clips today, and the more walking I did the more blood. But so nice out, couldn't stand just being stuck inside all day, ,and wifey worked all day.

Had my first bladder spasm with the new cath, wasn't hoping to avoid those, but it was managable without taking any meds. Some weiner pain from the 2nd dialation but since there is no cath tube going through it, just minimal at this time.

Just need to be in good shape for monday's first radiation zap.

Thanks for asking.

Thanks Jennifer.

It was about 75 F and dry today, with that touch of fall in the air. Was filming a haunted place in a nearby town that someone had asked for, a new hobby of mine.

Got my mind off of medical things for a while.

Yes Jennifer, getting into low-budget high definition independent film making as a hobby. Got to have something to get my mind off of prostate cancer and illnesesses and medical procedures. As you know, its easy to get overwhelmed when dealing with it.

Hey, Andrew I had a turtle once and he was a great swim-swim-swimmer, his shell would even glim-glim-glimmer. He fell on his back and became slim-slim-slimmer. This little story is a hum-hum-hummer and is half glass (get it-joke intended). LOL

Hey I guess this is fun! I might have to start a new thread on this! Maybe it could be called the healing to-to well and tmi forum? (LOL)

(conspiracy #2- why don't we know much about DCA-? Is it unprofittable?-yes)

Possibly, but we have an option to ignore users that you don't want to hear from. Looking at this thread I see nothing outside what HW allows and that is an online discussion and support group. To censor one to appease another is not what I will do as a Moderator. Unless there is a rules violation I prefer to remain a patient here. My Email is working well, so please feel free to contact me about any specific rules violations you see and I will try to get help on dealing with it.
