Has anyone has experience with this new device.
I am 15 mo. past RP.
66 year old male good health otherwise.
PSA moved from 3 to 8 in one year.
Biopsy proved cancer cells. Gleason 6.
RP July 2008
Clean since.
Incontinent and impotence since surgery. Dry nights and sitting but pretty much free flowing when walking etc.
Physical thearpy, kegals and drugs did nothing.
Electrical rectal stimulation did nothing.
Vacuum pump no help with erections.
Control days with Cunningham clamp and pads.
FUDS and Cystoscopy tests done last week.
Dr. now recommends either InVance Male Sling or Virtue Male Sling
She has done 70 InVance and 6 Virtue. Est. 80 % success rate meaning "significant" improvement.
Claims that some paients have had some scrotal "pain" with InVance, since it is anchored to bones/tissue. Claims that less chance of this with Virtue.
Any comments appreciated.

Not sure about the Coloplast Sling. I had the AMS AdVance sling. Mind did not work at all but I was also a heavy leaker. I would just do your homework and do what you feel is best for you.
