I am at just over 2 months from my surgery and I have noticed a few things and would like to compare notes.

1. When I use Viagra I definitely notice a difference when I use the vacuum pump. The time it takes to fully inflate is quite a bit faster and It stays firmer for a longer time after I release it. Still, not enough for intercourse but it seems to be slowly improving.

2. I used the ring with the pump on Saturday without using Viagra and achieved a useable erection without using viagra. I'm not a big fan of this method but it does work for me. Would like to know others thoughts on this. Was the first time I tried and I used the largest ring so that was a positive.

3. I have been using 250mg Muse and hate it. It doesn't do much more then swell my unit and while it doesn't ache nearly as much when I first used it applying it isn't a kodak moment by any stretch. Doc said at 250mg its more for therapy then actually getting an erection. He gave me some 500mg and 1000mg to try for that. I am hesitant to even bother due to having success with the pump. Anyone have any success with Muse? I am continuing to use it as prescribed because he said it is good for keeping the blood flow going.

4. Every once in awhile I get that feeling that an erection is spontaneously starting. Just tonight it felt that way and when I took a look it was like it was slowing trying but wasn't getting to far. I will take this as a positive that the healing process is slowing taking hold. But I don't know. Anyone else experience this?

For two months out, you are doing incredibly well. Count your blessings that you have any sensation of erections or any sign of puffiness. Remember this is a five year recovery course. You will notice improvements in plateaus mostly after 9 months and again at 1 year. Yes, there are guys who are faster, but they are the exception. Are you taking 100mg viagra? What about daily cialis? sounds like you'd be a good candidate. Are you using the pump every day for therapy? Just pumping it up 10-15 mins a day? How are your orgasms? my doc told me to JO everyday. If you are seeing any signs of life at two months, you are ahead of the game. be grateful. in the meantime, keep the sex going no matter what. It will help you a lot mentally.
take care

I use 100mg for the viagra. The back pain is so severe with me on cialis that I had to stop. Only got 6 hours of sleep over four days while trying it. Not an option. I use the pump every morning and every night since the day the catheter came out. Orgasms seem a bit different. Wouldn't say better or worse. Just...different. Still enjoyable too.

My surgery was on 9/10 still no signs of life as far as an erection and still inconinent. I am going through 5-8 pads per day. I have switched to disposable underware which seems better.
I have recently started JO, no signs of an erection. You are doing great because you are young. You will get it all back, I am sure of it.
