We all have our own little problems, but this seems strange to me. I have been fairly free of leaking for several months now and I can sneeze, cough, or lift pretty well without a leak. The passing of wind is still a delicate proceedure.  A couple of times though at about 6.30 am I awake possibly from a dream, I cannot recall exactly, to find a small leak has occured, just a couple of drops enough to create a damp patch in my underpants which I now wear in bed after surgery. This only happens when I think I have had a strong dream and only about once a month. I was wondering if any of the more knowledgable members had come across this before during recovery.

Charlie, thanks for the quick reply. I did think of that but I obviously wake up when it happens and there is no remaining evidence of an erection. I am having ED problems and it would be a shame to miss out on any arousals by being asleep. wink

Dogbot,
2 weeks out I was curious as is every red blooded male to see if I could get the hydralics going again. So I used some visual stimulation to see what would happen , although I liked what I saw and didn't really get an errection it caused my leaking to worsen for a very short while minutes.Today I had 50%erection with my GF 1 week later. The dream leakage my mean the beginning signs of recovery for you?Just a thought sharing my recovery .

                                                       Cheers , wink

I have heard of wet dreams...... Oh wrong kind of wet.

I was also thinking this may be a positive sign for your ED, but it also may just mean you need to train that sphincter a little more to keep tight even when you are totally relaxed and in another world.

Overall, sounds like you are doing very well. Don't let a few drops in the pants spoil your outlook.

I am a heavy dream, every night, vivid colors and sounds, very intense dream life, including frequent nightmares. Having said that, I never had leaked or dripped from dreaming. There may or may not be a connection there, be kind of hard to prove, and even if you could, be hard to control something taking on while you are sleeping.

No one likes a drip or drops, but since most of us are in our 50s and above, having a little drip or drop or two is not unsual at our ages, let alone for those of us that have our prostates removed.

My wife says that I, and to the guys in general, that men worry too much about such a small thing. As most women, especially those that have had children and/or female ops, that drips and drops just a normal part of their lives. I think there is a point there.

Good luck to you.

Like Dave I too am a vivid dreamer -- and it seems even to be getting more so and more frequent lately. I have wondered if it has anything to do with taking Viagra or Cialis (my two most often used ). At any rate, I remember one specific dream I had not long ago where I had to get to a bathroom real bad and was wandering and driving around the whole time not being able to find a place and finally when I could not wait any longer ended up peeing into a sink. Then I woke up and ... dry dry dry!! ... sheesh .. and I sure checked the sheet figuring I must have really done it but the involuntaries held fast! But I don't recommend that dream subject ... stick to the one where you are in school, it is the end of the semester and you realized you have not been to class at all and can't even find the class -- that's a good one.

David, funny that you mention the fact that wives have to put up with leakage, possibly because of childbirth, we have 3, 2 girls & 1 boy. My better half is just recovering from a severe throat infection and has been coughing quite heavily for 2 weeks, and she has used more pads than I did from the word go !!
