I am a heavy dream, every night, vivid colors and sounds, very intense dream life, including frequent nightmares. Having said that, I never had leaked or dripped from dreaming. There may or may not be a connection there, be kind of hard to prove, and even if you could, be hard to control something taking on while you are sleeping.
No one likes a drip or drops, but since most of us are in our 50s and above, having a little drip or drop or two is not unsual at our ages, let alone for those of us that have our prostates removed.
My wife says that I, and to the guys in general, that men worry too much about
such a small thing. As most women, especially those that have had children and/or female ops, that drips and drops just a normal part of their lives. I think there is a point there.
Good luck to you.
