I'm wondering if anyone has had hemmies and also done the prostate biopsy. I have ext. and internal hemmies (they rarely cause me any problems). I am hoping it doesn't interfere with the biopsy.

Awaiting results of my PCA-3 test which will determine whether a biopsy is in my immediate future. Just in: BAD NEWS: PCA-3 = 75.9! Cut-off is 35. Biopsy scheduled for 11/30

No problem with hemorrhoids and a biopsy. I'm similarly blessed with the condition and had 3 biopsies, no problems in that regard. Prepping for the biopsy can be a little irritating to them, though.
