I know that alcohol can cause erectile problems for men with otherwise normal erectile function. I would assume that the same applies to those on injections or oral medications for prostate- related erectile dysfunction. Any comments or opinions would be appreciated.

Alcohol is a depressant aka restrict blood flow.

It OK if you give HER some alcohol.....

Course you can always test alcohol consumption on yourself.

I was told that very little would interfere with the Trimix injections.

From what I read for example men with HBP or High Cholesterol who cannot get an erection can get one easily with the injection

Oral medications of course would be subject to having to be ingested and distributed through the bloodstream. As they do not cause an erection, only aid in the ability to allow more blood flow, Alcohol would affect their success
Stats:
Age: 52
PSA (2008)=1.9
Biopsy on Jan 09, 2009
One (1) out of twelve (12) cores was positive, plus external nodule found
Gleason Score = 3+3
Surgery (Da Vinci, robotic prostatectomy): 4/7/09
Removed Catheter: 04/19/09
100% bladder control - Pad free 7/09
PSA 7/09 undetectable, under .0

The biggest problem with using penile injection drugs are allowing the drugs to be adsorbed into the tissue. Some men are fortunate to be able to eaasily inject and retain the drug long enough for adequate adsorption. Others find they must use penis rings and pumps to 'inflate the penis enough to open the cavernous cavities and to retain the drug in the penis long enough to properly adsorb and work it's chemical black magic.... smilewinkgrin If the drug has a chance to adsorb, then for probably 98% of men, it will work properly. Depending on what you are using and the amount, it can stiffen a rope and make a chain stand up, if you get my drift. Straight Caverject 40mcg. .2ml dose is a miracle in itself. As we know, Trimix is a somewhat 'weaker', and Bimix is the 'weakest', but all are still plenty potent enough for the vast majority of men. I wouldn't think that consuming alcohol would reduce it's effectiveness any. After all, its was initially discovered that it had such effect by a surgeon accidently injecting one of the components of Bimix by getting too close on the penis to a patient who was completely under surgery drugs, and they got a response then.,...
