Glad you feel that way, many of us do here, why we keep hanging around the joint. Been here almost 14 months, and met so many nice people, gotten such good advice on a myriad of subjects, and know in my heart the support network here is real and sincere.

Can honestly say that I had never been to another site like this, nor do I have any interest or motivation to do so.

So what kind of radiation are you about to start in a few weeks?

David

From what it says in my booklet IMRT/IGRT looks like it. I'm just getting started and just learning to pay attention to what they are telling me.But I will pay more attention now!

Zach,

That's what I just completed a little over a week ago, IMRT salvage radiation. I did 39 treatments spread over 8 weeks.
Most men will get through the radiation fine, with perhaps just some fatigue issues. In my case, I had some pre-existing complications that made mine more of an event. I am in the recovery stage right now post radiation.

I hope you do very well with yours.

My best to you,
