6071:

Congrats on finishing SRT and a an undetectable PSA, I'm 2/3 of the way home on salvage.  What made you start SRT, it looks like your PSA was undetectable all the way through with no rises?  I did see that you had one postive margin.

Congrats on the zero. I'm waiting for my first post-op test in January.

I have a question for you. My pre-op PSA and gleason was relatively similar to yours. Post-op staging the same T2c.

But your path report had a positive margin. I thought that was T3a?

Just confused here.

PSA: 3.5
Gleason: 3+4/7
6/12 Cores Positive; Sextants were 1%, 3%, 8%, 15%, 12%, 0%

PATH:

Lymph Nodes: Clear
Seminal Vesicles: Clear
Gleason: No increase from biopsy 3+4/7
Some perineural and capsule invasion.
T2c,NO,MX
Incontinence: Minor. 1 light pad a day. Some days don't need it.
ED: Natural with encouragement. 20mg Cialis and pump just makes things more fun.
