Last night I was thinking about a few words to describe what becoming a member of the PCa Club in 2009 has invovled

Great list! I'd add Kegeling and Squirting. I know I've spent more than my fair share of time doing both.
Just did 'em right now.

They say you only need about 500 words to converse in a foreign language. Add a few pronouns, numbers, PSA and Gleason to the list, learn the words in the target language and we can carry on a conversation with any PCa veteran world wide. Who needs Berlitz?

Japanese: 私は私のPSAを心配している. Watashi wa watashino PSA wo shimpaishi teiru. I am worrying about my PSA.
