There are two search search buttons: the Google Custom Search top right and a "Search" on the Log Off | Control Panel bar. They seem to give different results.
Also different again is the regular Google WWW search. I have been surprised to find that it throws up things in here that I haven't found any other way.

After a learning curve, Bimix injections (0.2ml) worked well. From 14 months, occasional nocturnal erections. Have "graduated" to just the pump.
