I realize I am a noob at incontinence but I have taken quite a bit of data. Waaayy too much data. I have found that the water works start about
one hour after drinking anything. If I time my drinking with my activities I can control it pretty well. Meaning, I can walk and exercise immediately before or after drinking. I sit at my pc about
45 minutes after drinking. I drink heaviest in the evening about
30 minutes before getting in bed. Lately I have been experimenting with Nyquil at night and manage to sleep through the night and awaken with the ability to produce a forceful pee worthy of a youtube video.
Experimentation is the key. And write things down. At the very least your wife can use the records as evidence at your insanity hearing.
