Well, I had my PSA & 2nd biopsy today. It went a lot smoother than the 1st. I had a different doctor do it. I think the 1st didn't use enough local anesthetic because today was like a walk in the park. Well, maybe a long walk with a stone in my shoe. The PSA was 2.3,tongue , about all I could hope for. The biopsy results will be back in 2 weeks. I'm not expecting much change from the 1st time. I'm looking forward to a great Christmas with my very special grandaughters & family. Merry Christmas to you, all of my PC brothers.

Uncle Harley, so happy to hear your news, great on the PSA front, and hopefully no new damage on your latest biopsy. You are a good role model for a man to follow on AS. Great going, enjoy the holidays with a peaceful mind.

Thanks David for your kind words. I'm determined to not let this disease slow me down. I went phesant hunting last weekend with my brother & a group of friends. One bird on Saturday & seven on Sunday, a true great time. I hope the worst of your cancer is behind you with sunny days ahead. Merry Christmas to you & your family.

That's an important thing you just said, for all of us, despite how we feel or what degree our cancer is at, is to still enjoy what we like doing, regardless. With all my setbacks this year, I am determined to dig myself out of the hole in the new year. Sick of feeling like an endless patient, seems like I am always recovering from something. Never been hunting in my entire life, didn't grow up with that, but glad you found happiness in it.
