Free PSA did not go up as I was told

Just as I thought, the doctors office told me my free PSA had increased from 4% to 16% which was somewhat encouraging. I followed up again today and they did not give me the free to total PSA ratio, it remained at 4%. Looks like I will be taking the journey that most of you have been on. Greg

Routine physical May 12, 2009, PSA 4.12
Follow up PSA October 27, 2009, PSA 4.61 / Free PSA 4% (Not good)
Referral to Urologist Feb 18, 2010
Follow up PSA January 7, 2010, PSA 3.95, Free PSA 4% (still not good)

Hey Greg, my free percentage seems to be what lead my down this path also, psa was not bad. I`m gonna do the robot on the first of feb. as i think that is my best option to kick this deals *** Good luck to you, Tim
