It has been 2 1/2 years since my RRP but I am still unable to achieve a usable erection.  Have tried Cialis, VED and Trimix. Unfortunately, what I did obtain is Peyronies Disease.  Has anyone had success taking Vitamin E to reverse the effects of the desease?  My Uro has suggested 800 Internation units per day.

Thanks for any help with this and any other thoughts regarding the pursuit of a erection.

Try this site. You should be able to find some useful information. Vitamin E is first line treatment but after 2 years? Not sure.

Hi

You might also see if your Urologist will prescribe Trental 400. Which is also known as "Pentox". I'm on both web sites, the other one has much more info about Peyronies. There are also a number of "quackery" web sites in regards to PD. Don't fall for any of the quick healing stories.

The ultimate solution might be a penile implant. There are guys on both web sites that have had a lot of success with an implant.
