Decongestants and BPH

Most common decongestants (including those containing pseudoephedrine and those with phenylephrine) suggest, on their labels, that people with BPH avoid them.  Does anyone know of a commercially available and safe decongestant that does not exacerbate BPH symptoms? 
Age 45.  Father died of p ca.
