Hi guys has anyone  been able to understanding the path report! my doc said it wasnot in the lymph nodes but the report said the lymph nodes package was aT31c so I would think there was PC there.I was 57 when diagnosed seminal vessals were clear  perineral invasion right lobe 90% left lobe over 50% positive margins  PSA at time was 8.1 no other signs except being tired!!  PSA started to rise 7 mths. later and steadly went up from 2008 to 2009 it jumped to .55 Then started SR after seeing a med. onc. who sent me to a Rad. Onc. I went in to a clinical trial 40 rad.75gm 2 chemo. shots along with the rad.and caxsodex for 4 months. Boy, what a ride .it's been never knowing when it will show up again. My doc. said it takes a while for PC to show up in bones even after it gets to the bones have any of you been told that.so glad I found this site it really helps to talk to people who understand.P.S. glad your doing better David S.C.

Thanks for posting and wow you have been on a rolercoaster ride. Hope that things are improving little by little for you. You have quite a story to tell and you might want to add that to your signature. You can find out how to do that by going to the first page of PCa and looking at frequently asked questions and it can guide you thru the process. In the mean time take care.
