Bone dry and above freezing this early morning.  Still claim snow later this morning, but temps in upper 30s.  Hospital called and wants me at the big hospital instead of the out paitient building, better OR's up the hill.  Had too much on my mind last night, I probably had less then 2 hours total sleep, mostly in 5-10 minute clips, been up since 0500.  Too many things going on in my mind.

Will report back later this afternoon, when I am able to.  I even typed a note to give my surgeon this morning when he drops by before surgery, making sure me and him are on the same game plan on this "fix".

Later, brothers

Hey David, I was warming up the plow and had the dog sled ready to go if it was too deep to plow.

Don't worry about the sleep you got last night. This is an event you can sleep through and catch up. The important thing is that the guy with the scalpel got his 8 hours.

You're in the hearts and prayers of your legions of supporters around the world and I, along with countless others, will be watching for your next update.
