Hello Ron, I welcome you as we always welcome new members: Sorry you have to be here, but glad you found us.
Your stats look to me to be such that you have no pressure to make any decisions in a hurry. But, that leads directly to the question of a second opinion on your biopsy slides. Others will chime in, I'm sure, and be able to give you two or three names of top pathologists in the U.S. and I would strongly urge you to have your slides sent to one of them for a second opinion. Regardless of what urologist you end up working with, your treatment decision will be strongly, if not exclusively, based on your pathology report.
If the second pathologist agrees with the first, then you can have a lot of confidence in the stats you present in your signature. If the second read differs, you accept the worst case read as being the one on which you make your decision.
I'm sorry I can't help you find a urologist in New Jersey for a second opinion, but I can, and do, push you hard to get those slides sent off to another pathologist for a second read.
I hope you'll continue to post here and keep us up to date on your PCa journey. You're among friends here, and as you'll discover there are some very knowledgeable people here as well.
