Within this article is mentions median survival which showed a study that was from like (extremes of) 0 days to 10 yrs., so if you fall in the middle of that, it is shows the huge variance, read within for yourself. Other unique protocols that are being used and maybe with future use of Provenge and other agents, the time frames should and could vary much more. It is not something that is easy to know, however caution to the wind on ones monitoring and hopefully with a very good oncologist or PCa oncologist. You need to know alot more and watch side effects and bone density issues and such. I will leave it there, not pleasant subject matter to focus on, but critical information and help is needed for those having to deal with such. I am not well versed in knowing this area, either.
