FYI,

At six months my PSA is at .003 so no change there which is a positive. I started with 2.0 trimix and I'm down to 1.0 with the next prescription to be reduced in strength by 50%. I'm told by my PA that this is a positive sign. Viagra seems to make a difference but nothing useable to this point. Muse is an aggravation but I continue to use it as prescribed and it is slowly showing more of a response but I don't think I would use it for sex even if it produced a useable reaction.

At 41 my recovery from incontinence is pretty much complete. I don't do kegels and haven't for a few months and the dripping has been reduced to the occasional drop when I lift heavy weights. All said, at this stage I don't really feel like I have anything to complain about.

Bottom line, I started week 11 of the P90X workout Sunday and continue to go strong with it. Results are pretty amazing and my surgery from August hasn't slowed me down at all.

Just thought I would post this for some of the younger guys. If you put your mind to it you can accomplish a lot.
