hiya guys and gals - thanks for all your support these last 5 months ( less 9 days) since my open RP.
I am now a member of the Zero Club ( 0.05) and don't have to see my doc/uro for another 6 months.
Will focus on improving my diet to keep the PSA down - and losing weight as well.
Here is a copy of the email I sent out today.

Many many thanks.
Appreciative Hugs,
BRONSON

...................
Hello all - sorry for the mass mailing but I feel this will work best. Thank you all for your love and support. I got my first post-op PSA results today !

0.05 - I am in the ZERO CLUB - (that's good) - will have my PSA tested again in 6 months - I do not have to do radiation or anything for now.

I talked about problems peeing and incontinence - he was not concerned about still having stress incontinence - and he stated if my weakened stream gets worse then we will have him use a scope and see if there is any scar tissue. I think a lot of it is due to stress - and now the three main things - summer work ( april -october is confirmed) - Lindsay Art Gallery show (June 2011 is confirmed) and my good PSA reading ( and no radiation - is confirmed) - I may be more free to pee ....

I did talk to him about the Cialis not working well - he just recommended using Viagra ( but did not offer a prescription) - and would not consider TRIMIX (injections) unless as a last resort. I will be talking to my pro - anti-ED family doctor about getting a prescription for that - to help with self-esteem.

Hopefully this is not TMI - thanks again. I think Steve and I will both sleep well tonight.

Major Hugs and lots of love,
BRONSON ( and STEVE)

Great to hear that news Bronson. So it sounds like a number of things are going your way, art show and all. I am happy for you and although I do not drink anymore can you send some Cuban Cigars to David's home in Couth Carolina. They are illegal in Georgia so I would rather drive to Greenville to pick them up at his home. If he is not there when I go to pick them up I will come back another time. Sleep well tonight.

Thank you ever so much with your support and concern and encouragement to continue on... and thanks for accepting Steve and me as we are... it means more than you will ever know...

I actually had a good cry just before going out to the doc.. never really cried when I got the first diagnosis in october 2009.... today's results - 0.05 - means I can continue my dream to work on my artwork and continue to develop my talents..... here's to doctors who go past their normal routine and help save a life ( My wonderful family doctor - Dr. David Tilley who insisted I had another PSA and DRE and ... you can see the rest in my signature)....

Many thanks to ( in one breath) Bucky, Les ( one Molson on tap), Daveshan, Mike ( I would like to keep it up again!), James C ( a great understanding moderator), Neal ( great car in Nascar contest ) and Bob and those lurkers who lurk... come on board - there's a great bunch of guys and girls who can hold your hand, give you hope... and let you continue to dream your dream...

(teary again)
hugs
me
