Todd,
GFMPH stands for "Good For Mens Prostate Health". We discovered it is a handy tool for requesting or justifying anything you want. Your significant other simply cannot turn you down.

Here is the correct form:
"Gee, <pronoun/name>, I heard that <item or action you want> is GFMPH. Hmm." The response is surprisingly quick and always in the affirmative.

Here's an example for you.
"Gee, Honey, I heard that a Full Marshall stack with Midi capable preamp is GFMPH. Hmm." Her response: "Why certainly Todd. 200 W or 400W? Would you prefer a Peavey?"

It's amazing. You can justify anything.
I even used it to get a Leupold VX-II 3-9x rifle scope.

We had a GFMPH weekend meeting/retreat at my house at the end of September last year. My wife and son even left us alone for the weekend so we could talk freely.
To be perfectly honest - It really was GFMPH.

(I thought that guy on the right was Phil Collins.)
PCa is bad, but missing out on GFMPH for 4 years?! Now that's a tragedy!

Here. Say it with me now...

"Gee Hon, I heard that a Shure ULXP24/58 wireless mic and receiver is GFMPH. Hmm."

It takes a little practice but eventually you can do it with a straight face. Time it just before a PSA test and you might be riding home on a new motorcycle like JB71.
One guy here got a snowblower.

Enjoy,
Jeff

Todd, great video, and doing that is got to be good for your head, and the rest of you. Me, don't have a musical bone in the body, but I enjoy listening.

The GFMPH thing still hasn't worked for me. I still don't have a motorcycle in my driveway, and as Cajun Jeff will testify, I still don't have a Lamborghini in my back yard. My wife still says no to any of my schemes and dreams that cost over about five bucks. Must be doing something wrong.

Todd,
I am hardly a musician although I do have a 50 year old accordian and can play the Marine's hymn like Myron Floren.

A friend of mine was a roadie for the Allman Brothers in a previous life. He does the sound for my July 4th parties so I'm a little familiar with the equipment.

By the way, a 3 day visit here July 3,4,5,6 is definitely GFMPH.
Jeff

David, Like fine wine, timing is everything. You need to do it just before a PSA or catheter change. tongue

Neil Young used to live around the corner from us in Winnipeg --- I'm sure he'd approve, even if the mods didn't. If I'd know he was going to do so well, I'd have sure filled the tires on his bicycle and helped on his paper route. Ah well.

Great group, Todd. Thanks for the link.
