As background, I had my first taste of PSA failure in January this year, when I got a PSA 0.14 just over three years after surgery. Today was the nerve wrecking PSA check day, but this time it ended well: the PSA had halved to 0.07.

Like the famed spy, I hope to retain the 'double 0' status for a long time! It seems that if I still have cancer, there is very little of it an it does not look aggressive at the moment.
Does anyone elses' PSA jump around like this?

Hey Pattersson,
Congrats. You are hereby granted your License to Kill PCa.

(It has not been long enough for me to see a bouncing PSA. Maybe some other long timer will reply.)
