Week 2, came and went without a hitch. A bit of diarhea yesterday but I'm blaming that a a few too many beers. Must have been celebrating something.

ps. your photos just make me eat my heart out that i am without a bike at the moment, and even if i had one, couldnt possibly sit on it or ride it, not until i am long off of these caths. went with my daugther a couple weeks ago to the triumph dealer, she's wanting a black bonneville, and i tried to sit on a bike, the new ST, like my old bike, while wearing the leg bag/cath. The pain sitting and straddling the bike was beyond belief. I just hope one day before i get too much older, i will be in a position to have and enjoy another bike. have always had one or been riding one since i was about 14. i think your group is great!

David:

And yet another cathered for you. Have to wonder just how much the body can take. You just HAVE to get better soon. I'm tempted to ride down to see you but the sight of me on a bike and you not able to (just YET) might not be the best for your frame of mind. But looking into that magic globe, I see you on a brand new Triumph real soon.

Bless you david.

Glad you've not had too much by way of hitches. I've been a bit "noisy" down below, and I need to pee more often etc. (And worse still I've had to start wearing a just-in-case pad again)

And I'm not allowed any beer or fizzy drinks during my RT. (I can have alcohol though so I'm enjoying a glass of wine occasionally.

The RT is getting a bit surreal as well, like I'm doing it all on auto-pilot. I can't actually believe it's #21 and the fifth week.

They let my wife take a picture of me while I was lying on the machine in week two, which was helpful for me as you are just lying there staring at the ceiling and unsure about what it all looks like.

All the best
