In two days I will be at 4 months post op.  Today, for the second time, I am down to 1 pad for the entire day (24 hour period).  I was using about 8-10 pads right after the surgery.  The first time I went down significantly (2-3 pads), was at about 3 months.

The erections are improving but very slowly. They are the strongest right after orgasm, you know, when you don't need it any more, but hey, I'll take it.
2/97---Total colectomy with J Pouch surgery. stage 1 colon cancer. Total removal, no chemo or radiation was needed.
8/09---routine physical, 4.4 psa
11/5/09---diag: 1 out of 12 cores positive 3+3 Gleason
1/26/10 robotic prostatectomy. 3+3 Gleason, Clear margins
 3/9/10---psa <0.1
3/26/10---2 month post op.  This week for the first time felt stirrings of an erection. Long ways still to go though. 7 pads per day
4/12/10--- 3 pads today!
4/30--- 3 months post op.  1 pad the whole day today and no pad last night at all with just a couple of spots. Life is definitelay getting better.
