Hi everyone,
Prostrate removed in 2006 and 22 months post radiation, had psa level done on 3-35-10 and it came back from .06 to .18. Doctor felt it was a bad reading so did psa level again a week later and it came back at .08. So my doctor said let's wait 2 months and test it again and I just got the call and it is .14. I have my psa level done at the same lab and always in the afternoon. My doctor said he is not sure what to think about the latest reading and said we will test again in 2 months. I don't quite know what to think at this point but know I have to wait and see what the next reading will be. Has anyone else experienced the same?

Thanks so much
Bob

Wow Bob. This is unusual. Have no idea what is going on, but you have to wait for 2 consecutive rises to know it is heading up for sure. Try to relax (I know, easier said than done) and wait for the next test. Maybe your doctor will agree to test in another month. Why worry fot 2 months.
