Back on line after a little hiatus.

Had a little storm problem here in Ohio.  Tornado came through my little town and unfortunately 5 of my neighbors lost their lives.  Just got phone service back a little while ago.

You know, most of life is about perspective.  I thought it was terribly unfair for me to get PC.  Just wasn't right.

Well, my neighbors didn't get a fair deal either.  A 4 year old boy, a 20 year old mother, and the others were swept away by the tornado.

I guess it just makes me thankful to be alive, no matter what my prognosis may be, no matter what my side effects may be, or whatever the future may hold.  If I just look around, there is someone worse off than I am.

Goodlife,

Didn't realize you lived in the middle of that area. Been following that story on the news, pretty wicked twister and the lives and damage it caused.
Glad you are ok, lots of sympathy for those not so lucky. Yeah, I am a big believer in the "things can always be worse" theory.
