Week 2 complete. Only problem is with urgency to pee. Also, frequency. Doctor says it is unusual for these symptoms so soon, but not impossible. He will prescribe Detrol next week if urgency persists. Since I have a hemorrhoid problem, and expect them to flair up in the future, asked about
Proctofoam. He says it works great and is available in my hospital pharmacy. He will prescribe it for me when the pain starts (hopefully never!!!!). Don't have to watch the gas level in the tummy for two days so that means a cold beer or 2 tonight with dinner. Something to look forward to. Squid.
