This is from his website at  prostateforum.com this is the exact link below. This drug came out in 1982 but used for different purposes than PCa(anti-fungal or such), being already  approved (use for off label) and was found to be useful when used on PCa.
 
 
Some patients herein that are failing control of PSA levels when on Lupron (LHRH drugs) and or casodex and even some other drugs, can look to consider using this as 2nd line hormone therapies.  There are many drugs that onco docs can consider using, this is just one of the more commonly known ones. There can be side effects, so read about them. This drug needs monitoring for doseage and possible side effects, one doseage does not work the same for everyone.
