So..  I thought I should share this great moment as the clock turns to 500 posts after 3 years, 6 months!

Thanks folks,  for all the good times, and continuing times. Just checking in from time to time now.  All well with us. CJ's PSA remains undetectable. Thinking of all you great people in the freezing cold here now in our Great Southern Land. Thinking particularly of you David (Purg) as you await a procedure I think coming up. Good luck with the progress of healing. Our new Deputy PM In Australia is a Pca survivor (47 yrs at diagnosis I think). Just a bit of Pca news to throw in. Hopefully this will raise more awareness, so I am going to write to him about that one. Best wishes to all  for now, Lana tongue tongue tongue   "Another Vet" (I think this is the one!)... xx oo xx

Hi Lana, I do believe you are the first "Veteran" to follow myself into this exotic and exclusive club of compulsive posters ---- although taking from January 26, 2007 until mid 2010 does bespeak a certain civility that my rush to the finish line lacks.

Congratulations on your elevation to HW's elite chatters.

As your immediate predecessor it is my honor to follow the ancient HW tradition (such tradition effective immediately) and welcome you. As you live in the land of OZ, the only one of the world's seven continents I've not set foot on, it is now your great honor to follow the other ancient HW tradition (such tradition also effective immediately) of hosting your immediate predesessor for a delightful home stay. My wife will forward our breakfast, lunch and dinner preferences shortly.

I've had a look at your signature, and I salute you and CJ on the fine PSA record you're assembling! I hope to follow in lock step with CJ.

All the best to both of you. You'll recognize us on arrival. We're the ones with 37 large suitcases and the loud, somewhat raspy voices, in the bright shirts, silly hats, chewing gum and thinking endless choruses of Waltzing Matilda are charming. The month with us will just go flying by!

Creed! Congrats - I just was passing through looking for info (that'll be another post) and saw yours first. Glad to hear all is well and you know what that means - we'll be raising a toast to ya' at 5 o'clock on the nose (that's p.m. - ha, ha).

Same for our end - continue to be all clear and we still find the tests another reason to celebrate as I know you do, too!

All the folks here that helped us along the way remain near and dear in our hearts.

Thanks all. Sheldon, you and your lovely veteran wife (with 31 cases only) are most WELCOME to be our first HW visitors, along with Greenacres of course, who still owes me a 5pm nip of something from a few years ago, and I still owe her a bottle of good Australian wine. We (CJ and I) will be the ones at the airport with even sillier akubra hats smilewinkgrin tinny's hanging off the side rolleyes and a variety of toy koala's which we give all guests, as long as they are able to recite all the verse of Walsing Matilda on arrival redface .

So start swotting!

Cindy, don't forget to call if you travel this way again! You were the first person to welcome me to HW 3.5 years ago,  so lovely to hear from you, and great news on you and yours too! Good luck for tomorrow David. Thanks James and Tony for your good wishes too. cheers all, and Happy July 4th. Lana
