This is to let everyone with an incontinence issue know there is hope, i was dealing with a leak or drip every day for 14 months and 3 days, last Sunday i went the whole day without 1 drip and could not believe it, i never thought i would remain dry the next day,  but i did. The true test was when i returned to work on Tuesday, and not 1 drip all day or the rest of the week. Went for dinner last night , had a drink and a glass of champagne and thought for sure i would leak and nothing. So for everyone out there dealing with this keep doing your kegels, hang in there, there is hope, regards, Jake

Jake,
Good news - great to hear!
Gives me some more hope that my 8 months out is still in "healing" territory.
