I found an application on the web for a Kegel exercise timer that can be used on Iphones or Ipads. It only cost 99 cents. I found it quite helpful in keeping track of the reps and also to ensure the proper amount of rest between contractions.  Cant' remember the website but just punching in kegel timer worked for me.

Cleveland Clinic recommends the use of a $10 kitchen timer for the first svereal weeks for telling when to kegel. Iphone app sounds great, but may be a little bulky to have to carry around all the time.

Sounds like a neat app tho.
