UsTOO International has a monthly publication you should take a look at. Here is September 2010:

www.ustoo.org/PDFs/HotSheets/HotSheet092010.pdf

I have been receiving these for our UsTOO chapter in Las Vegas for a couple years now. And I have no idea why I have not been sharing these great publications here. So now I will.

Click here for past 2010 sheets...:

Again a special thanks to UsTOO International for their great work in prostate cancer support.

Tony,

The publication is great, a lot of good info there. I wish the local group in my area was more active. I have tried contacting them several times over the course of my journey, and have never gotten a call or e-mail back. They don't seem to do much or meet often.

Hi Tony,

Thanks for the URLs to these very interesting and informative publications. The UsTOO organization is a great support organization for us PCa patience. Like David, I too am disappointed with our local support group and find that groups like UsTOO and of cause, HealingWell, are wonderful sources of information, advise and compassion.
Wishing for all the best for you.

I found the Hot Sheets were Hot...this could be a free posted newsletter for people in the house at H.W., so monthly or when ever this hits would be a great idea. I liked Dr. Myers info and Moyad's point of view and his humor, Chodak with objectivity on PCa studies was good too. Provenge great for others to know more about too and in these hot sheets.
Dx-2002 total urinary blockage, bPsa 46.6 12/12 biopsies all loaded 75-95% vol.; Gleasons scores 7,8,9's (2-sets), gland size 35 normal, ct and bone scans appearing clear- ADT3 5 months prior to radiations neutron/photon 2-machines, cont'd. ADT3, quit after 2 yrs. switched to DES 1-mg, off for 1 yr., controlled so well, resumed, using intermittently, pleased with results
