Admittedly, I have PSA anxiety, especially since it bumped up to .05 from .02 the last time. Instead of waiting the three months I have decided to have it done on Sept. 15th, which would be two months from my previous blood test and also it will be the one year anniversary of my surgery. For the next 10 days I am going to saturate myself with good food. I eat smartly anyhow, but I'm going into overdrive in an attempt to drive it down, way down. It's a test. If it rises despite this strategy, then I'll know I have a problem and the cancer has probably returned. We make a sauce with our own garlic, onions, tomatoes, carrots, and zucchini that I am going to devour every day, three times a day. No dairy, no meat, no sex, no beer, no nothing except good, wholesome food plus blueberry smoothies made with soy milk.
Am I crazy or what?
